About Witbe

Witbe (Euronext Growth - FR0013143872 - ALWIT) provides an AI-powered infrastructure for streaming platforms. From set-top boxes and Smart TVs to mobile phones, Witbe enables broadcasters, operators, and video providers to deliver high-quality viewing experiences — tested and monitored across real networks, in real conditions.

Built on proprietary technology — including MOS-based video quality measurement and intelligent device control — Witbe’s platform connects four AI-powered layers into a single system: real-device execution (Witbox) , automation that adapts to UI changes and scales across apps and OS versions (Agentic SDK) , a virtual NOC with natural language interaction for real-time operational control (REC) , and intelligent analysis that automatically identifies and prioritizes issues before they reach viewers (Smartgate) .

With over 25 years of experience supporting QA and video operations teams, Witbe operates worldwide and is trusted by over 300 leading brands including Comcast, Cox, Verizon, Peacock, and Orange in more than 50 countries. Learn more at www.witbe.net.

About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join our New York development team. You will work alongside a lead developer within the Marketing team, and collaborate daily with a Product Owner, a UI/UX designer, and report directly to the CMO. The team is small and tight-knit — you’ll have real ownership over your work and a voice in design discussions and feature conversations.

Your work will span two main areas: Witbe’s commercial website and a suite of internal web applications used across the company. The NY dev team covers multiple projects, so expect variety in your day-to-day and the opportunity to work across different codebases and technologies.

Commercial Website

Witbe’s public-facing website was rebuilt from the ground up in 2025 with a modern stack: Astro 5 for SSG, vanilla TypeScript, and Strapi 5 as a headless CMS. Your work here will include:

Building features and refining the design based on UI/UX mockups.

Crafting new pages, sections, and components driven by product evolutions and marketing needs, keeping the website up to date and relevant.

Restructuring Strapi content models, creating reusable editor components, and developing Strapi plugins where needed. On the Astro side, formatting and reshaping data coming from the CMS to work around its limitations, and eventually migrating static parts of the site to become CMS-driven.

Handling static content updates directly in the Astro codebase.

Optimizing for SEO, performance, and accessibility.

Being open to changing direction as priorities shift and pages may be reworked or replaced.

Internal Applications

The team develops and maintains several internal React applications (TypeScript, Styled Components, TanStack Query, Redux Toolkit) used by Sales, Production, and Engineering teams:

Production and manufacturing: Witbox production workflows, as well as a cloud provisioning control plane for managing and monitoring Witbe's cloud-hosted infrastructure, with real-time updates and topology visualization.

User and organization management: a central portal serving as the hub of the Witbe ecosystem, project management, user settings, and admin tools.

While working on internal apps, you may also be involved in back-end tasks, so full-stack experience or willingness to learn will be a plus.

Documentation Platform

You may also contribute to Witbe’s documentation platform, built with Astro Starlight. It serves both clients and internal teams, and will eventually be embedded within some Witbe products. The team is exploring AI-assisted search and retrieval features for the future
