VIE Analyst M&A | Latin America (Portuguese speaking)Role Overview:
Euro Latina Finance is seeking an M&A Analyst to join its execution team in São Paulo. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions in Latin America, primarily Brazil and Colombia in a wide array of sectors. He/shell will work with our senior teams across different countries and will play a pivotal role in supporting deal execution, managing intern(s) , and contributing to business development efforts.
This position is suited for an execution driven M&A professional who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and is keen to grow in a truly multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Analyze companies’ financial statements
- Build and maintain detailed financial models
- Support execution across different phases of M&A transactions
- Prepare core transaction materials, including Teasers, CIMs, Management Presentations, Pitch Books, and investor/buyer lists.
- Conduct financial, strategic, and market analyses to support positioning and valuation
- Coordinate due diligence processes, manage data rooms, and track Q&A with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch materials, and presentations for existing clients and prospects.
- Contribute to sector research, market updates, and strategic analyses to support origination efforts.
- Supervise and review intern(s) ’ work, providing guidance and quality control
- Global and multicultural team based in three different locations across Latin America and Europe and led by its founder & CEO

Profil recherché
Required:- 2-4 year prior experience in M&A, preferably from a top-tier investment bank, a leading PE fund or a Transaction Services firm
- Top academic performance in a leading Business or Engineering school
- Fluency in Portuguese, English and French
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Excel / Power Point / Word skills
- Prior exposure to Latin America
- Fluency in Spanish
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Strong intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a demanding environment.
- Solid analytical thinking and with a strong sense of ownership
