Context
Within the Global Business Unit Supply & Energy Management (GBU S&EM) , the FINOPS Back Office team in Iberia plays a key role in ensuring robust financial operations, reliable data, and strong internal controls supporting B2B energy activities in Spain and Portugal.
As S&EM Iberia continues to grow and accelerate its digital and automation roadmap, the team is strengthening its capabilities in data quality, reporting, and process automation to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance requirements.
In this context, we are looking for a motivated profile to reinforce the FINOPS Back Office team, contributing to data validation, KPI reporting, and automation initiatives, while working closely with finance, operations, and transversal teams across Iberia.

Your Mission
The mission will be to support the FINOPS Back Office team in S&EM Iberia in ensuring high-quality data, reliable reporting, and the automation of financial processes that enhance efficiency and control within the organization.
  • Perform data validations and reconciliations.
  • Develop reporting tools and analyze KPIs.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives using digital tools.
  • Support monthly closing and audit activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across S&EM Iberia

Profil recherché

What we are looking for
Hard skills
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) . · Advanced use of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) . · Exposure to process automation and digital tools (RPA, scripting, or equivalent) . · Ability to work with KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting. · Basic understanding of financial processes, monthly closing, and audit support. · Knowledge of Python, SQL, or analytics tools is a plus.
Soft skills
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and rigor. · Proactive, curious, and willing to learn in a fast-changing environment. · Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within cross-functional teams. · Good communication skills and stakeholder orientation. · Organized, reliable, and able to manage priorities effectively.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data, Digital, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Languages
  • English: fluent (written and spoken) . · Spanish: professional working proficiency (or willingness to develop) .
